OLDsulog entries removed after server reboot?

Hi,

Does a system reboot remove the entries in OLDsulog?

I rebooted the server and noticed that both sulog and OLDlog contained only today's entries.  Previous month's entries seemed to have disappeared.

How to avoid this ?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, /sbin/init.d/clean_adm does this.

You can stop this for the three log files (sulog, diaglog, messages) by setting CLEAN_ADM=0 in /etc/rc.config.d/clean.
