Now I have disk2 in the drive

It has prompted to enter disk2 and hit return key

I do not know why it is picking up the drive in the Server and not the iso image

the suggested method of using the insert/eject of media from the vMP is NOT recommended for OS installs, as it can cause issues.
It is fine for updates/patches/aditional software etc.
All this is covered in the course.
Your safest method would eb to setup an Ignite/UX server and install across the network from that

I think you started the installation from the drive that is now empty!

The installer cannot switch to another drive during installation.

Insert the ISO2 to the other drive now.
