PAM module installation issue

Hi,

I am using HP-UX 11.11i (PA RISC).
I am trying to configure(install) a PAM module for password synchronization between Windows and HP machine. I am facing issue while doing this.

My PAM module is not working, so I wanted to debug it but PAM framework is not issuing any error, so, I am not able to figure out what may be wrong with my module or is there any configuration issue?

I tried a simple case :
I gave a non-exist pam module name in /etc/pam.conf file but the PAM framework is not giving any error for that. I have configured syslogd to redirect *.crit level messages to some file but no error is there related to PAM module loading.

I am not able to figure out whether PAM support is itself installed and properly configured on my machine.
The following files exist on my machine /etc/pam.conf, /usr/lib/security/libpam_unix.1 along with libpam_dce.1 and libpam_updbe.1 .

Any Help will be much appreciated.
