Hi

Hope to seek you advice here. Is there a way to check the below in HP-UX:

1) History of password changes
2) History of account deactivation due to password aging

Thanks alot

Re: Password and Account deactivation history

Hi

if you issue the command

passwd -s

you can see some password aging information,
use man passwd for more detail.

Ryan,

- which OS ver?
- Is it trusted System?

If your system is trusted:

Use: # /usr/lbin/getprpw username

[ All the information will be displayed, including last password change , and last password expired etc.]
