I have installed one patch in my system PHCO_38918 but some of the fileset are corrupt.
Please suggest should I reinstall this patch with this reinstall=true and autoreboot=false option.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Patch Installation issue !
We just had this discussion a few days ago here:
http://forums.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1351060
Pete summarizes it aptly. As for downloading again, this shouldn't matter. The analysis phase of the 'swinstall' session should handle the detection and rejection of any checksum errors, etc.
I suggest that you read the aforementioned thread, particularly the note by Bob Campbell.
Regards!

Re: Patch Installation issue !
You can reinstall this patch with reinstall=true option its a Command Cumulative Patch
I suggest you that re-download the fresh patch and then go for install.
