Patches and kernel setting required for ORACLE 10g R2

Hi All,

For installing ORACLE 10g R2 in HP-UX 11.31 (V3),some query as follows,

1.What are patches need to install ?
2.What will be kernel setting required ?

Pls assist me to above queries.

I downloaded oracle 10g release 2 from below link,

During installation period it displays below message,

1.What is the reason for--> B.11.23. Actual B.11.31 Failed <<<<

2. Could u pls let me know the exact oracle version , which will support HP-UX v3 ?

3. From where i can down load ORACLE 10g R2 , which will support HP-UX V3?

- Seems to be you are trying to install the wrong version.

I think i can go ahead for installing Oracle Database Server 10g (10.1.0.4.2) in HP-UX v3 (ITANIUM)-- correct if i am wrong.
