Please advise how to stop incoming mails

The client has made a below request to disable the incoming mail from a specific id.


Please advise how to stop incoming mails from the following address:
root@nlxsl0012.slb.atosorigin-asp.com

Can any one help me to sort it out , how can we disable the following mesaage from root@nlxsl0012.slb.atosorigin-asp.com
on server , that it does not go to anyone

Go on the server that's sending the email, find the script that generates the email. It may be a cron job, so either delete the cron job if it's not needed or edit the script and remove the mail IDs that don't need to receive the output.

Or tell the client to set up a rule in their mail program (possibly Outlook) to delete the mail from that ID.

Verify "/etc/mail/aliases" file.
