Predictive Support Summary Action

I was emailed to check opt/pred/bin/psaction. It said the action summary report includes information requiring action by the System Manager to correct potential problems detected by HP Predictive Support. The error message in opt/pred/bin/psaction (on all three of my L1000s) read:
WARNING - 3:05 AM, 05/30/01 - MEMSCAN(160A)
PIE - Open Log Files Failed :Proc 1120:ErrSts 160:dSts 0. Check Read HP Pr
edictive Support UX User's Guide for Directions. U025.

I'm not sure what this means and what action to take. Please consult.

One added note. I did install patch PHSS_24044 yesterday also. I feel this may be the problem.
