Printer servie stops on every week
Hi experts ,
OS 11i v2
We have facing a problem like the printer service went off on every weekly once like Wednesday @ 10 AM.
We dont have any Scripts placed in cron.
CAn you help on this.
As per lp log lpshut command stoped the service.

What time? What is the last access to lpshut?
ll -u /usr/sbin/lpshut

That's where I would look. You may have to look at all crontab entries if sudo is used.

Thanks for reply.
This is the time stamp for lpshut.But as per the below time stamp the service not stopped.
We have also put one wrapper script to trace the lpshut call for which process.
cron was fine and there is no sudo scripts was not there
Any other possibilities.
$ ll -u /usr/sbin/lpshut
-r-sr-xr-x 1 lp bin 235 Jun 17 17:36 /usr/sbin/lpshut
