i have the problem
login root:
SAPL930:/> /sbin/passwd dbeadm
Password cannot be changed. Reason: Cannot access protected password entry.

Is /etc/passwd, and if trusted system the right files in /tdb there for this user?
id dbeadm
I would expect an answer here.

In the directory /tcb/files/auth/d
no exis file.
add new file "dbeadm".
change password correctly.
