Problems using the ru command from the mp

Hi,

I have some of my npars in an integrity sd32B superdome, not responding from the mp console, nor can I see the cell/iochassis status from the mp or the parstatus SO commands.

I've done a mp reboot(cm->xd), but no change.

now I wanted to try and reboot the pdhc bus with the ru command( I think i have sometime in the past used it for a simillar case)

But I get this permission error:

[sdconsol2] MP:CM> ru

Command Prohibited at this access level. Type HE for a list of commands.

I am using the Admin User:

LOGIN USER NAME STATUS PART. ACCESS

1 Admin Administrator All L,C,P,M,U,V

what do I have to modify to be able to use ru ?

To run the ru command you have to be in manufacturing mode. To get into that mode you need the support of the response centre - log a call with them and they should talk you through this if they deem it is necessary.
