QLE220 FC looping under Debian

Hello!

i am running a DL380G5 under Debian etch. I do not succeed in connecting to my MSA1000 using the QLE220 FC card. The qla2xxx driver sees the adaptor but starts looping:

LIP reset occured
LOOP UP detected
qla2xxx_eh_host_reset: reset succeded
qla2xxx 0000:0b:00.0: scsi(0:0:0): Abort command issued -- 0 c 2002.
scsi 0:0:0:0: scsi: Device offlined - not ready after error recovery

and so on...

Any ideas?
I checked cables, switch and so on but do not find any solution...
