RAC 10g

Dear All
I have two clustered node(ORACLE RAC 10g 10.2.0.1)
I added an extra node but the OS is deferent.
node1:HP-UX 11.23 EOE
node2:HP-UX 11.23 EOE
Third Node:HP-UX 11.23 MCOE.
Everything goes fine until the last restart,when i stop the crs of last node it corrupted the OCR disk???and i had to restore the backup od three node OCR but nothing happend until i restore the Backup of two node OCR and The crs goes up by two nodes...
What should i do?????
