RDP 2.20 Install failure

RDP 2.20 Install failure

I installed rdp on a 2003 sp1 server with some critical hotfixes applied. I installed msde OK but when RDP tried to install I get a package error @ between 4-14% on the deployment database install.

Can anyone help ?
