RHEL 6.2 P2V to VMware boot failed
Hi All,
We did a P2V a RHEL6.2 to VMware (5.5), the migration seemed successfull but it failed to boot up with the Kernel panic message.
The original system was with RHEL 6.2 Cluster but in the VM I don't need the cluster anymore.
I also could do the boot miminum. I did the emergency boot from DVD/ISO. I tried to remove the cluster start on /etc/init.d but still failed to boot with the kernel panic message.
What did I do wrong? Should I rebuild the kernel? How to do it? Anymore sugestion?
Thank you.
Iwan
