RP4440 - USB ports used for other peripherals.

Hello folks,

I have what should be an easy one, I've have read the documentation on the rp4440 and they all state that the 2 USB ports are there for keyborad and mouse only. This is probably reality but I need to ask:

- has anyone tried to connect an external USB HDD on one of these 2 USB ports and make it work ?

Not expecting any magic answers since the OS drivers have probably been written to handle the 2 identified devices (k/b & mouse), but I figured it's worth asking...

Thanks to all,
Serge

Re: RP4440 - USB ports used for other peripherals.

Thank you,

As expected 11.31 would unofficially support USB HDD's. This confirms my present position since I am running all my 18 servers on 11.11.

thank you, points will be awarded.
