Dead disk?

Try to boot from fs0: manually.

Hope this helps!

Re: RX Server not booting

Go to shell prompt and try to boot it manually. If you can able to boot, then once the server is up, set the setboot once again and reboot it.

Re: RX Server not booting

EFI boot maintenance Menu > exit to the shell

You may go to efi shell & run "map -r -b"
to get bootable media.

Remember DOS commands works in efi shell.

you may see some media listed as fs0: fs1:

you may cd to that partition & check if following directory path exists /efi/hpux/hpux.efi exist which contains the boot loader.

Only bootable media contains the mentioned
directory path

try to boot from that partition /media /disk.

It may boot up .other wise recovery console may be used !!

Thanks
