RX6600 HP-UX_OS_PANIC_SHUTDOWN
hi,
due to environment power failure our RX6600 went down, and now it doesn't boot HP-UX OS.
Here is system event log from ILO console:

It says DEVICE Error ( Check the Hard Disk)
OR
If you have an ignite Toape or ignite server, try to repair from that.

Hi,
The error seems that the file "/stand/current/krs/config.krs" is unreadable.
This means that the system file is not in sysn with the booted kernel.
Booting into single usermode and performing an fsck would help you resolve the issue.
