Reinstalling CDE tru64 version 4.0f

Hi I want to reinstall the CDE for a tru64 unix version 4.0f.
When the machine is booting sendme some error messages that seams that are related with the CDE.

When the machine is up the CDE does not give the option to set the user name and password.

I can logon by telnet, I can not logon by reflexion X too.

Some idea how fix this issue?

Did you consider showing the messages? Or
perhaps you should be calling a psychic.
