Hello Everyone,
We are facing critical issues with our hpux11.11 server which is running with remedy applications.
Last month we did install HP-SIM prerequisites and WBERM providers in order to support RSP installation which is schedule to happen near future. After this installtion (nearly after 7 days )our remedy flashboards are not working .Since the our remedy webaccess is also not working. Can anyone help me to identify this issue.
Thanks

Solution
Shalom,
Looks like HP-SIM prerequisites and WEBERM use the same services that Remedy does.
You should probably restore the system to an Ignite backup before the installation of these tools. You apparently can not run these tools on the same system.

Re: Remedy issues in hpux 11.11
Will de-install of these softwares help the system to restore it to run nomally.
Are there any other ways other than the ignite restore will help the system to run nomal without the issues.
