Required Details Regarding Term & condition of Technical support

We have the setup of HP ES-40 Model having HP Tru64 Unix Operating System & HP MSA 1000 Storage Device.These equipments are out of warranty at present condition.
We want to go for technical Support of these equipments.
What will be possible contract which can be made for above equipments ?
What will be the terms & condition ,Payment Details for annual technical support for above devices ?

There are many companies who would support the equipment that you have, so there could be many answers to your questions.

For your Alpha server you probably want to start by looking here:

For the MSA you can probably just buy a Carepack. There are some UK prices here, which probably aren't relevant, but will give you an idea...
