RPM is mainly intended for Linux systems, HPUX doesn't support this package manager files.
You would first need to see the release notes for Ganglia if it supports HPUX ver.
If Ganglia supports HPUX ver. then get the Source or the compatible binaries alongwith all the dependant Packages for installation.
