Does anyone know of either of the 512mb cache expansions for the 6402/6404 work with an rp3440 with hp-ux 11.23?
Part numbers are 378202-001 and 372538-B21.
I cannot find any solid confirmation either way online.

Re: SA6402 cache expansion
Hi,
The Smart Array RAID I/O matrix can be found here:
http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c02475906/c02475906.pdf
The 512MB BBWC option for the SA640x is the 372538-B21:
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11587_div/11587_div.html
The SA64XX is supported in the rp3440 under HP-UX 11.23, but there is a slot restriction in the notes.

Solution
the BBWC works with the controller regardless of the server where the controller is installed.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
