SAM "Accounts for Users and Groups" top level menu missing

Hi,

I have a weird problem where some time ago the top level User admin menu in SAM disappeared. I have no idea when or how.

It would be nice to have it back. Anybody know how to get it back??

try running sam -r. someone may have run sam -r previously and modified what is displayed

Tried running sam -r. It gets an internal error.
