SCSI TLZ10 tape drive is not recognized on AS1000A with Tru64 4.0F
An internal TLZ10 SCSI tape drive seems not to be recognized with AS1000A & Tru64 4.0F.
It did howerver run on an XP1000 also with Tru64 4.0F.
I get the following error:
PCI device at bus 0, slot 12, function 0 could not be configured:
Vendor ID 0x9004, Device ID 0x6178, Base class 0x1, Sub class 0x0 Sub-VID 0x9004 Sub-DID 0x7861 has no matching entry in the PCI option table
What could I do?

Re: SCSI TLZ10 tape drive is not recognized on AS1000A with Tru64 4.0F
This looks to me like a complaint about the
PCI SCSI adapter, not the tape drive itself.
What is the SCSI card? (Adaptec AHA-7861?)
Is it a card supported by Tru64? (Apparently
not.)
If not, have you considered using a supported
card?
What's the SCSI card (to which the tape drive
was connected) in the XP1000 where the tape
drive worked?
