does something exist similar to SIM for the version 11.00?

Apparently yes.

Your OS is no longer supported so you might have difficulty finding needed software.

HP Systems Insight Manager 4.2 Installation and User Guide HP-UX: 11i v1, 11i v2, Linux, Windows 2000, XP.
Not hp-ux 11.00.

There is another version of Systems Insight Manager 4.2 for hp-ux 11.00

You will be able to download SIM for HP-UX 11.11 and later. That is if you are looking for having the Central Management Server in your HP-UX box. If what you are looking for is to be able to manage and monitor your HP-UX 11.00 servers as clients ( managed nodes ) then you can download the wbem providers for it, even though they are going to have limited functionality since the OS is out of support.

Por tu nombre y apellidos creo que sabes español ¿no?.
Lo que quiero es Center Management Server para la versión 11.00 de HP-UX pero en caso que no pueda pues me gustaría instalar el cliente ó agente...
El problema esque no encuentro el software correspondiente (ni en web de hp), HP-UX 11.00, actualmente el software es mínimo ¿verdad?.

I download "T2414BA_C.04.02.00.01.05_11.11.depot" and I install "Systems Insight Manager Agent Product" (only 1kb).
I cannot install "Systems Insight Manager Server"(it is normal by version HP-UX)
Now, I want conect from web (https://IP:2381), That I have to make?.

La verdad es que SIM fue un producto creado en un principio para Windows y Linux, despues mas adelante lo portearon hacia HP-UX, fue ahi que ya casi 11.00 estaba fuera de soporte entonces SIM no es soportado en 11.00, y como cliente tiene muchas limitaciones.

Cual es tu otra pregunta, que bajastes SIM 4.02 y no la pusistes installar? En cual systema operativo la intentastes instalar? Me parecio que la bajastes y decia que el tamaño del download era de 1KB? Si es asi eso esta mal, el tamaño de SIM es como de 300MB.

Revisate los requisitos antes de instalarlo, hay varias cosas que necesitas ademas de SIM en si mismo para que funcione.

Your primary problem here is you are using an unsupported OS.

If this system is not in use for anything else, obtain 11.11 media and install that OS at a minimum.

You can in general not install depots designed for HP-UX 11.11 as you tried into an 11.00 system.

Take a step back and plan a little bit.

Hola Jaime, Te explico un poco mejor:
Me descargué un depot de 190 MB en el cual venía distintas instalaciones posibles instalaciones, la que he podido instalarme ha sido: "SysMgmtAgent"(Systems Insight Manager Agent Product )de espacio 1 Kb aparece en SAM y aparentemente se ha instalado correctamente.
Pero esque estoy muy perdido con la v11.00. Me piden que como en otros equipos con linux han instalado SIM y desde la web introducen su IP (https://IP:port)pueden entrar yo debería hacer lo mismo con HP-UX. Para ello no sé exactamente lo que tengo que instalar ¿cliente?¿server?. No encuentro el cliente, lo más parecido ha sido el agente que he instalado. En hp encuentro poco software para hp-ux 11.00 o compatible.

Gracias por lo puntos Beginner, he aqui lo que tengo, dejando claro que no podemos instalar el Central Management Server en HP-UX 11.00, y solo lo podemos accesar como un cliente y con limitaciones, entonces el principal requisito para HP-UX como cliente es que instales los WBEM providers:

Si quisieras instalar SIM en un HP-UX 11.11 o mas nuevo estos son los requerimientos:

Un HP-UX 11.00 o cualquier otro sistema que trabaje como cliente, solo puede ser accesado por medio del CMS, y ellos no son accesados via browser, sino por medio del CMS.
