System clock on our RP8400 is running 4 second per minute.But under BCH the clock looks correct.I have reinstalled OS and it doesn't work.
I have changed system board,cell board,and even changed the bettery on the cell board.
Besides NTP doesn't work too.
Any help/guidance appreciated from all you wizards.

Solution
"Besides NTP doesn't work too."
Have you syncronized yor rp8400 with a ntp server and it doesn't work? Are you sure you have configured the ntp client in the right way?

I have also read that this kind of problem may be caused by an unstable temperature in the room....
