SOS,system clock can't match hardware clock

System clock on our RP8400 is running 4 second per minute. But under BCH the clock looks correct.I have reinstalled OS and it doesn't work.
I have changed system board, cell board, and even changed the bettery on the cell board.
Besides NTP doesn't work too.
Any help/guidance appreciated from all you wizards.

"Besides NTP doesn't work too."

Have you syncronized yor rp8400 with a ntp server and it doesn't work? Are you sure you have configured the ntp client in the right way?

The current firmware has some related fixes:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=2512349&swItem=PF-CKEYMAT0605&prodNameId=86792&swEnvOID=7&swLang=13&taskId=135&mode=4&idx=0

Do you have this version?

Is this your thread too?

I have also read that this kind of problem may be caused by an unstable temperature in the room....
