Script to identify unused LUNs
Fellow SAs:
Does any one of you have a script to identify unused disks on a HP-UX 11.31 Server and display its size and device name? I have to reclaim space from several HP VM Hosts and the scripts that I had on 11.11 do not seem to work.
(At the moment I manually run "inq" which I got from EMC's web-site and extract all the device names. And then, check if they are unused by examining if they are in the lvmtab file and/or run a pvdisplay on it. If anyone already has a script to pull this info, that will save me a lot of time).
Regards,
-KGD.
