Server get panic why?

Actuallu 20/07/2010 Morning server got below logs..

You should respond to that one.

As far as this question goes, there is not enough information given to determine a cause of the crash. As suggested in your other thread, you really should contact HP support. That is why you pay them.

Maybe a bad port in SAN switches which can create numerous error messages and cause system crash.

Nothing in here confirms what causes the panic, above IO errors could be caused the a storage enclosure or disk connected.

As suggested above try involving HP to take a look at the latest crash dump stored in /var/adm/crash/crash.X (X file number which holds the images of latest dumps).
