Server reboot
My server got rebooted due to the below output so could tell me what need to be check,
baysmg # model
9000/800/SD32000
baysmg # uname -a
HP-UX baysmg B.11.11 U 9000/800 304604633 unlimited-user license

check files in cd /var/tombstones/;ls -lrt and /var/adm/crash;ls -lrt and OLDsyslog.log in /var/adm/syslog.

To check /var/adm/crash/cash.x/ if there is a crash dump need to be analyze to determine the cause of the panic.
Also you can check the MP logs for fatal error, filter it with Alert level 5, or 7 .
Finally you need to upload the /car/adm/crash/crash.x/ data to HP to know the actual cause of the panic. Subsequently you can run a small utility crashinfo and can get a text file the result, and HP can tell what caused the panic , may be due to hardware or software issue. If you see file in /var/tombstone may be you have bad cpu.
Just carry on the troubleshooting.

its a panic i think you should involve HP send the crash file to get it analysed.
as suggest please check MP logs if you can see any hardware problem there.
