We have purchased service guard license from HP; and we received only a paper with the following:
--------------------------------
HP order number: ********
Customer Identifier: ********
Disk Part Number: *********
Codeword: ********
Product number: T1925CA
QTY: 2
Description: serviceguard
------------------------------------------------------------
That is what is all in the paper without a media CD, now IтАЩm wondering from where I can get the software depot to install it and apply the codeword;
Please advice and thanks in advanced.

Re: Service guard depot file
http://www.hp.com/softwarereleases/releases-media2/prior.htm
A quick way to google for it is using the search string:
so if the part number listed was 5014-1423 then googling with:
5014-1423 site:www.hp.com/softwarereleases/releases-media2
would quickly tell me that that DVD is DVD 1 of the March 2009 11iv3 application DVDs
Once you have identified the DVD I'm assuming you know how to use the codeword to unlock the software.
If you don't have any of these DVDs, as long as you are on a support contract and the Support Agreeement Identifier has been linked to your ITRC account you can request a set through "Software Update Manager" - you can find Software Update Manager on any ITRC web page by looking at the grey navigation bar on the left of the page.

Re: Service guard depot file
Yes I have identified the DVD;
Disk Part Number: 50141463
DVD #2
I found this disk and I have looked in the packages on this disk, but unfortunately I couldn├в t find any depot files related to service guard;
I searched the packages with strings (SGSMS, T190, guard, ├в ┬ж├в ┬ж) all not found.
Please advice
Thanks again

Solution>> but I can not see the product when I do swinstall
You won't see it listed until you apply your codeword. From within the swinstall GUI go to Actions-> Add New Codeword.
All some become obvious after that.
