Hi,
Just install sudo (from IExpress or from poring center) and after that follow the manual - http://www.gratisoft.us/sudo/man/sudoers.html

sudo is configured by defining rules in the sudoers file.
You are supposed to invoke visudo as root for this purpose.
The file already contains some sample rules and is well commented.
However details should be read in man sudoers,
which also includes an introduction to its special syntax.
