Swinstall - Add new codeword greyed out

I'm attempting to add APA software to my hpux 11.31 servers but "Add New Codeword" under the actions tab in swinstall is greyed out.

Any ideas?

What do you use for a source depot? If I remember correctly, if the source depot does not have any protected software on it, the "add new codeword" menu item will not be available.

You need to select a source depot/CD to be able to add a codeword.

The other way would be to simply edit the codeword file in /var/adm/sw/.codewords.
Take a former codeword line as example and follow it EXACTLY (i.e. do not replace spaces with tabs etc).
