Switch dependencies for HP APA

Dear ALL,

We have 4 servers and each server has 3 LAN ports.But at present only one is active. My query is if we configure APA with two LAN ports then is there any extra modification need from switch side?? if modification required then what type of modification need?

*Note: We have CISCO 4507 series switch and each server is connected only one switch.

Our Server OS version is:
1) B.11.11
2)B.11.23

Server model:
1)RP7420
2)rx6600
