Does anyone have suggestion about this kind of message and how to fix?

a) Backup application name and version
b) backup command syntax
c) you have a lot of hostname issues. nslookup ip / hostname for all.
d) how are you going through the network from master to client? NFS? If NFS paste in /etc/exports from master and showmount -e/-d in separate reports from master and client.

Hello,

Did you in above messages hide the
real hostname details, or is it that
you really set up wrong client for backups.

In other words, your logs should really
say:

:/nsr/res/nsrdb save: RAP error: system error

Where is replaced by a real
name.

It also seems that your NetWorker is set up to print results to some printer. To get rid of it, you can run nwadmin and Customize
the options.
