run below command to check the error.
/opt/resmon/bin/resdata -R 807403537 -r /adapters/events/ql_adapter/12_0_4_1_1 -n 807403575 -a
/opt/resmon/bin/resdata -R 807403527 -r /adapters/events/ql_adapter/12_0_2_1_1 -n 807403576 -a
from the Above commands output .. Look for "Problem Discription & Recommended Action"

Is this server zoned to a Tape library.
If yes & if you reboot the TL you will get such errors.
You can ignore it in that case.

Do as Johnson suggests - run the command and see what it says. If the info does not point to a hardware problem then it is just a 'blink' on the HBA. This is not totally unusual. Some HBA's (no brand mentioned) are not as reliable as others. It can also be the result of enabling a new zone config. I've seen our Windows HBA's complain every time I have to do some zoning and enable the new config. Always good to only do one fabric at a time.
So, if it's not a hardware error, then see if some zone work was being done that might have caused the blink. Or could even be the need for a firmware upgrade to address the anomally.

check for the errors in details
go to CSTM
cstm> ru logtool
Logtool Utility> sr
Logtool Utility> Press Enter
Logtool Utility>
exit
