TRu64 OS disk Mirroring

What are the differents steps to do to create a disk mirroring (raid1) of an OS disk (dra0).
I'm running Tru64 V5.1

Hardware or Software mirroring?

You mention 1 disk (dra0)... what else is there?
That dra0 is surely an KZPAC controller (SWXCR) drive. That controller supports hardware mirroring.
