Tape won't eject in COMPAQ 110/220 GB SDLT
We have a problem with our tape drive this morning. The tape will not eject - the middle green light is on, but the drive does not seem to respond to the eject button.
Our backup log gave the following messages:

Use a cleaning tape after that and replace the tape cartridge.
