Tru64 segmentation fault

Hi anybody !
I am trying to install data protector v6.0 (disk and media agent) to Tru64V5.1B
when I isuuse #./omnisetup.sh -install da,ma
I get:
segmentation fault (core dumped)

what seems to be a problem - the same problem is when I installing DP V5.1 - Thank's.

It might be interesting to say "file core",
to see what actually failed.
