Trusted Mode Password Hashing Algorithm(s)

 

Looks like DES is the default.

 

I found SHA512-based products PHI/PHI11i3 for non-Trusted shadow passwords only.

 

Is anything available for Trusted mode that's SHA256 or better?

I think you're stuck with what you have for Trusted systems.  The Trusted model is deprecated at 11.31.  Hence, you won't see any new enhancements to it and probably haven't for some time.
