I don't see anything regarding disallowing a given number of repeating chars, such as AAA or bbb, etc?
Is there a comprehensive cheat sheet somewhere that describes all of the complexities of password config? The information appears to be spread out all over the place in countless man pages.

Described in chapter : HP-UX Standard Mode Security Extensions. If using with 11.31 .
man /etc/default/security you will find lot of options to increase your password security.
