Hi,

I have the same problem. I have found patches for HSZXX in this link ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software4/COL9833/co-28019-1 , but I haven't applied them yet. I have found this info : "Installing the patch will not fix this problem, only prevent it from reoccurring". I'm looking forward any info how to resolve the problem and don't have to replace the controllers.

I am now up to 77Z-4 on the controllers.
It still doesn't work.
