Unable to fine export file in /etc directory

Hi friends,

I am making and nfs server but when i go in /etc dir i am not able to find exports file.


Please help

You have to create exports(4).

You can simply use vi and put the filesystems and options there. See exports(4).
Or use SAM to do it for you.

well, you could create it,


# touch /etc/exports --> add you nfs entry
# chmod 644 /etc/exports
# chown root:sys /etc/exports
