Useradd display not a valid directory

Hi expert,
I try to create a new user with the command
useradd -d /hkls/znd/znd.wok user. but I get the folowing error '/hkls/znd/znd.wok' is not a valid directory. I have create the directory and its right is set rwx for all type of users.
Please any information is good well.

I have forget something my directory is an volume mapping from an MSAP2000 G3

Please post the commands:


ls -ald /hkls/znd/


useradd -d /hkls/znd/znd ( without the spot ) -m username
