Using SNMPd to monitor disk usage on HPUX 10.20

Hello,
Can sombody tell be how/if I can get disk usage via snmp on HP UX 10.20 ?
What I want to do is to monitor disk usage via nagios.

What do I need to add to /etc/snmpd.conf ( /etc/SnmpAgent.d/snmpd.conf )

get-community-name: somethinggood

If I was looking for info on how to get this info from a windows host this would have been great... however I'm looking for info on how to get this info from a HP-UX host...
