Using sendmail deamon to send internet mails
Hi experts,
Can I use hp-ux's sendmail deamon to send
outside mails(internet mails) if the local
network is connected to internet by proxy/Ias
using dialup line.
In that case what should be the value of DS
macro in sendmail.cf?
Note: There is no sendmail running in proxy/ias
Thanks in advance

The "DS" value is an address for which all messages get forwarded if they are unknown to the internal firewall. An example would be: "DS.forwarder.com". You would need to check with the appropriate people who administer you amil system.
