Viewing archived EMS alerts

We got a disk read error logged to syslog on a system last night. There were also a couple of EMS notifications logged about the same time. I tried to run the commands in the syslog

eg. /opt/resmon/bin/resdata -R
189923330 -r /system/events/core_hw/core_hw -n 189923519 -a

but get 'There is no active monitor request for the resource /system/events/core_hw/core_hw
associated with the request id 189923330.

I'm guessing this is because we have had a system reboot since.

Is there a way to view the historic EMS alert ? Are these alerts archived ?
