I am getting below error in dmesg output & in syslog file. The syslogfile is getting full because of these errors.
Could you please help me out in finding what kind of error is it?

SolutionIt happens when two conditions are true:
- you have an unpatched Ultra320 SCSI mpt driver (scsiU320-00), and
- your system has more than about 400 days of uptime.
More info:
http://www.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/docDisplay.do?docLocale=en&docId=emr_na-c01205240-3
The solution is to update the SCSI driver (click on "Receive for Free" to download the update depot):
https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=A7173A
If you cannot update, a workaround would be to reboot the system about once per year.

Re: Vmunix: Timeout called with negative time
echo "0x483E5C8/i" | adb /stand/vmunix /dev/kmem
If it is str_timeout() and you have symantec product installed and your system has a uptime of 400days , then contact them.
the only HP product which can cause that symptoms are the one given in the last post.
If it is neither of them contact hp support
