Vpar reboot


Hi,

If i do a shutdown -r on a vpar, what will happen to the other vpars?

nothing. each Vpar is a separate running virtual server with its own HP-UX OS instance.
My house is the bank's, my money the wife's, But my opinions belong to me, not HP!

A vPar acts like a "normal" system in general. A shutdown will not affect other Vpars.
